Thomas E. Porzio
Attorney Thomas E. Porzio is a native of Waterbury, CT. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1979 from the University of Connecticut. He then graduated from University of Connecticut School of Law in 1982.
His career has centered around personal injury and worker’s compensation cases for over four decades. He has also practiced extensively in both residential and commercial real estate.
Attorney Porzio is admitted to the bar of the State of Connecticut and the United States District Court of Connecticut. He is also a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.
Throughout his daily work, Attorney Porzio strives to play a hands-on role in every aspect of his clients’ cases and makes sure that they understand their options.
Jason Musante
Jason L. Musante graduated magna cum laude, with a B.S. in Criminal Justice, from Sacred Heart University in 1996 and cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2000. His law school honors include membership to the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal (Editor) and receipt of the Superior Classroom Performance Award and the Excellence in Civil Clinic Award.
Since graduating law school, Attorney Musante has established himself as a general practitioner in the Greater Waterbury area where he genuinely appreciates the people and local bar. He is admitted to the Connecticut Bar (2000) and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut (2001). Attorney Musante is a member of the Waterbury Bar Association. His primary areas of practice are criminal defense, personal injury, workers’ compensation, civil litigation, estate planning and probate administration.
Attorney Musante is also the proud editor of Connecticut Criminal Legal Forms, Volume II, (Atlantic Law Book Co. 2007), a criminal law practitioner’s guide authored by Hon. Richard M. Marano. Criminal motions practice has always been an invaluable area of focus for Attorney Musante in protecting individual constitutional rights when representing clients in the G.A. and J.D. criminal courts throughout the state.
